Tiffany Curry is a native of Peoria, IL, and a proud graduate of Augustana College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuropsychology and Cognition. She later completed her MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Roosevelt University in Chicago (formerly Morris Graduate School of Management). During her graduate studies, Tiffany served as a graduate assistant and studied abroad in London, conducting research at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the U.S. Embassy.

With nearly two decades of experience in behavioral science and people strategy, Tiffany has built a career rooted in understanding how human behavior influences business outcomes. Her unique blend of psychology and business acumen has made her an award-winning strategist in talent acquisition, pipeline development, employee development, and workplace behavior. She has consistently applied psychological principles to drive meaningful impact as a Human Resources leader.

Tiffany’s HR journey began during her senior year of college and continued through Caterpillar Inc.’s HR Development Program. Over her tenure at Caterpillar, she held diverse roles in Global Succession Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, Frontline Operations, and HR Consulting for North American dealers. She later joined Pactiv Evergreen as Senior HR Manager, where she successfully negotiated three labor agreements across four unions, strengthened employee and union relations, and led a reduction in force with strategic care and compliance.

Currently, Tiffany serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Risk Management at DYNE Hospitality Group, the largest franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Café. She leads a dynamic team responsible for all facets of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compliance, Safety, Risk Management, HR Strategy, Retention Planning, and HRIS. Her team supports a workforce of over 2,800 employees across eight states.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys journaling, hand lettering, and reading at her favorite spots like Starbucks, Panera, or Barnes & Noble. Most of her “free” time, however, is joyfully spent cheering on her daughters at dance competitions and volleyball games.
