Inaction is Action

Not to act is to act." - Dietrich Bonhoeffer Many times in our lives, both personally and professionally, we face situations that requires us to take a stance. That require us to choose a side. That require us to speak up. That require us to act, but little do we think or focus on the message that we are unintentionally sending when we do nothing. Anyone who has never faced conflict, is running from conflict. Now do keep in mind, that by not acting, not speaking up,or not choosing a side that we are in fact ACTING. We are delivering a package - wrapped in uncertainty, cowardice, and instability - a subconscious message to all those involved. The seriousness of subconscious messages is that, those forms of messages are much more difficult to change. Subconscious is a level of thinking that doesn't require our focus and attention. (Imagine
