Professional Bio

Tiffany Curry is from Peoria, IL, where she attended Augustana College and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (emphasis in Neuroscience). She also possesses her Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management.  While at Robert Morris University-Morris Graduate School of Management, Tiffany worked as a graduate assistant and studied abroad in London, researching the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and US Embassy. 

Tiffany has pursued talent and people since 2009 with her first HR internship in Rock Island, IL. She started her talent and people career with Caterpillar, as she held roles in Global Succession Management & Career Development, Global Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Human (Labor) Relations, Shared Services Recruiter & HR Representative, Operations Supervisor (Section Manager), North American Dealer Human Resource Consultant, Human Resource Manager. Additionally, holding a role as Senior Human Resource Manager with Pactiv Evergreen at the Pine Bluff Mill.

Tiffany is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and People Development for Dyne Hospitality Group. The largest Tropical Smoothie Cafe franchisee in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe brand; with over 100 cafes in 6 states and counting! DYNE’s mission is to create opportunities using our God-given gifts.

I have long wondered if the major changes we face are designed to happen to us. A very intentional design, a very Godly design. However, the change in a person is only as effective as the person's interior condition to accept such a change. The metamorphosis is much like a caterpillar that was designed to be a butterfly. Put the Fire Out from Inside the House

It’s all a system, a game, rather. For a long time, we played, and a few of us played with success and tremendous personal gain. Many of those before us paid with time and life and are silently mourned. But I have learned that you have to be in the system to fix the system. You must know who plays the designed system. How the designed system is played. Where the designed system is played. But most critical is learning people well enough to understand why they play the designed system. Once inside, you use the system to change the system, process by process. Step by step. Moment by moment. You put the fire out from inside the house. The problem is that far too few of us get this unspoken, but all are fully aware of the rules. Some of us need to understand our grace and purpose in the system. As to not get lost to the system. But when you want to change something, you want to make a difference. Learn. Learn what is happening, where it is happening, how it’s happening, who’s it happen
